 Please join us Mondays at 7 am CST for a 30 minute practice.

Each Monday, we will move through the following:

  • invocation mantra-s

  • purification mantra

  • breath adapted āsana

  • sańkalpa

  • prāṇāyāma

  • Gāyatrī Japa (repetition of the Gayatri mantra 108x)

  • Dhāraṇa (meditation or sitting with the effects of the preceding for 2-3 minutes).

  • Sattvika Tyagah
